When you choose Standard Shipping at checkout, your bike will arrive tuned and 90% assembled, along with a simple reassembly guide—so you’ll be ready to ride in no time.

We are authorized by Giant to ship bikes directly to your home—a service not offered by all dealers. We're pleased to provide this convenient shipping option to anywhere in the lower 48 states.

How We Ship Your Bike

• Each bike is carefully quality-checked and prepped for shipping before it leaves our store.
• Your bike is typically taken out of the original box for inspection and repacking with added protection.
• In some cases, your bike may have been fully assembled and tuned for local pickup—we’ll then repack it securely for shipping.
• We often repackage your bike (not always in the original box) using OEM-style materials and extra care to ensure it arrives in top condition.
• All bikes are shipped signature required, so please be available to receive your delivery.

If you notice any damage upon arrival, please ask the delivery driver to note it at the time of delivery.
