Details
Named after one of San Diego most iconic street spots, the Hoover is equipped with a 20.75" top tube frame size with super responsive geometry and a short back end for the most technical riding you can throw at it. Add to that a chromoly 25mm offset fork, 9.25" rise chromoly bars and a full-range of Haro Baseline parts including a sealed freecoaster. Designed to be ridden with or without brakes, the Hoover is ready to hit the urban playground.
